Clennd Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Clennd mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clennd. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Information provided must be accurate and kept current.
4. License to Use the App
Clennd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- copy or redistribute the App,
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code,
- misuse or disrupt services.
5. Description of Service
Clennd is a productivity and organization tool allowing users to manage tasks, habits, schedules, and collaborative task workflows.
Clennd is not medical, mental health, or emergency software.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you input into the App. You grant Clennd permission to store and process that data solely to operate and improve services.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
7. Subscription Plans
Clennd Focus — Free
Clennd Focus is available at no cost ($0/month) and requires no credit card. It includes:
- Tasks page
Free Trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, requiring a payment method at signup. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan. Users may receive reminders or motivational prompts regarding trial status and remaining days.
Subscription Options
Clennd Core — $9.99/month
Includes:
- Progress page
- Calendar
- Auto-scheduling
- Tasks page
- Add tasks, meetings, and habits
Clennd Flow — $14.99/month
Includes everything in Core plus:
- Built-in chat
- Presets
- Merge
- Lists
Features may evolve as the product improves.
8. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Subscriptions may be cancelled in account settings or through the payment platform.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and Apple In-App Purchases. Clennd does not collect or store payment card data. We only receive limited subscription information, such as:
- subscription status,
- billing period and renewal dates,
- transaction confirmations.
Apple handles payment data according to its own privacy and security practices.
10. Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Service Changes or Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue services. Accounts violating terms may be suspended or terminated. Users may stop using the App at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clennd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid in the previous 12 months or $100 if none were paid.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Clennd for claims arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
