Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Clennd, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

I paid but my plan isn’t active.

Open Clennd, open the plans screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Clennd account you used to subscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your plan starts automatically unless you cancelled. If you didn't subscribe, your tasks stay saved and you can see them read-only; subscribe any time to pick up where you left off.

Your account

How do I delete my account?

In Clennd, go to your Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your content. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription; cancel it first in your iPhone Settings.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the code we send to your email.

AI credits

What are AI credits?

Each AI feature uses a few credits: estimate time (1), summarize a link (2), organize a list (4), create a routine (6). Clennd Flow includes 500 credits per month. Credit packs of 100, 300 or 1,000 are available in the app and never expire. Monthly credits renew on the 1st of each month.

Can I stop Clennd from using AI?

Yes. AI features only run when you use them, except the nightly automatic estimate. To stop all AI, including the nightly estimate, withdraw your AI permission from your Profile. You can give it again at any time.

Import

How do I import from Notion?

Go to Import → Notion → Connect, choose the pages to share on Notion’s screen (include the database you want), then pick the database. Each pending row becomes a task. To stop, tap Disconnect Notion.

My calendar events don’t appear.

Make sure Clennd has calendar access in iPhone Settings → Clennd → Calendars. Clennd shows events from the next 30 days.
