Subscription Information
From Apple (App Store) we receive:
- subscription status
- billing and renewal dates
- transaction confirmations
We do not receive or store payment card data.

4. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store and Apple In-App Purchases. Apple collects billing information directly under its own policies. Clennd only receives minimal subscription indicators necessary to manage subscriptions.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion at any time.
6. User Controls
Users may:
- update account information,
- delete tasks or content,
- disable notifications,
- request deletion of their account.

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Clennd is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have rights to:

- request correction,
- opt out of sale or sharing,
- receive equal service regardless of privacy requests.
